No more than 24hrs before your appointment
*  Please complete and the COVID-19 screening questions prior to your arrival - this will be required for each subsequent appointment.  A preview of the questions are at the bottom of this page - the screening questions will be sent to you via email 24hrs prior to your appointment.


ARRIVAL
  • When you arrive please wait in your vehicle.  I will telephone you 5mins before your scheduled time to advise if it is okay to enter.  If you are late, please phone me when you arrive.
  • I am allowing 30mins between each client to sanitize.  This process will help prevent any risk of direct contact with another client.  Sadly this process is not flexible and appointment times must be strictly followed. 
  • A health notice will be attached to the front door - please do not enter if anything on that notice applies to you.


ENTERING
  • Upon entering, you will be directed to the washroom - please wash your hands thoroughly with soap/water and dry with the individual hand clothes, dispose in plastic container.
  • Once hand-washing is complete, you are then welcome to enter the massage room.


EXITING
*  As part of the requirements you must use hand sanitizer prior to your exit.


PPE REQUIREMENTS
  • The Chief Medical Officer of Health has recommended that all member of the public should wear a non-medical mask when in public spaces and unable to maintain two-meter physical distancing.  You are welcome to bring your own mask, alternatively I do have disposable ones for sale @ $2.00 (plus tax).
  • I am required to wear a face mask for each appointment - this will be applied prior to your entrance and taken off upon your exit.


PAYMENT
  • Direct billing will be submitted to your insurance company at the end of each working day and any remaining balance will be requested via e transfer on the same day. 
  • No etc billing?  Debit/credit is still accepted, however should you feel more comfortable to e transfer, then please do so prior to your appointment to simplymassage@telus.net
  • All receipts will be emailed by the end of each working day.


CLEANING
  • As mentioned all areas including door handles, payment machine etc will be sanitized between each client. ​


Covid-19 Screening Questions
Do you have current symptoms of COVID-19 such as;
* A fever
* A new or changed chronic cough
* A sore throat that is not related to a known or pre-existing condition
* A funny nose that is not related to a known or pre-existing condition
* Nasal congestion that is not related to a known or pre-existing condition
* Shortness of breath that is not related to a known or pre-existing condition
* Have you travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days?
* Have you had unprotected close contact with individuals who have a confirmed or presumptive diagnosis of COVID-19 (e.g. individuals exposed without appropriate PPE in use).
Answering YES to any of the above questions indicates that an individual is symptomatic of COVID-19, or may have been exposed to COVID-19.  Individuals should self-isolate and call HealthLink 811.  The client is not eligible for care at this time.
