Cancellation Policy
Please note that there is a 24hr cancellation/No show policy in effect. Should you need to cancel your appointment please text or call 403 797 2253 or email [email protected] at least 24hrs prior to your appointment.
Upon receiving your cancellation I will respond in the same way the message was received ie text/call/email. Once you have had a confirmation from me that your appointment has been cancelled, then it definitely is. If you do not hear from me either by text/email/or notification from the booking site that your appointment has been cancelled, then your appointment has NOT been cancelled and full payment is still required.
Do NOT respond to the automated text/voice messages/emails as these go into cyperspace and I do not get them.
Unfortunately I have been having more cancellations recently, obviously this is my job and how I pay my bills. Should I continue having cancellations/no shows without prior notice, payment in advance will be required.
NO SHOW - full payment required, no if's or buts. Should you fail to pay for your less than 24hr hour cancellation notice or no show, then you will no longer be able to have a service from me until this has been paid.
