Please note that a 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy is in effect. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly contact me by text or phone at 403-797-2253 or by email at [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance.
Once I receive your message, I will confirm your cancellation using the same method of communication (text, call, or email). Your appointment is only considered cancelled once you have received confirmation from me. If you do not receive a reply or a cancellation notice from the booking system, your appointment remains booked and full payment will apply.
Please do not respond to automated reminders (text, voice, or email), as these messages are not received.
As cancellations and no-shows have become more frequent, please understand that this directly impacts my business. Continued missed appointments or late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full treatment fee. Outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments.
